Convenient location close to exit Glacier and main Seward. The tents were cozy and comfy. Bathrooms and showers were fine. They were kept very clean. The first 24 hours we were there we had 4 showers between us which were lukewarm. I messaged the property manager & she told me I was “the only guest” reporting this. I’m 66 years young and gave no reason to make an illegitimate claim. On site manager showed poor interpersonal skills in managing this situation. And guess what? After our exchange, the showers were warm every time thereafter.

Okolica przepiękna, pomysł z sauną pośrodku kampingu znakomity, domki czyste i zadbane. Również bardzo trafiony pomysł z przezroczystym dachem pod prysznicami! Bardzo miła obsługa - dziewczyny, które przyjechały tam do pracy w ramach praktyk na wymianie (bliźniaczki z Bułgarii) były przemiłe i kompetentne. Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne!

Problemem był dostęp do wody: nie było umywalek, jedyna dostępna woda była pod prysznicem. Do naszego domku obsługa przyniosła szklany słój z kranikiem wypełniony wodą, ale inni ludzie, którzy nie wiedzieli, że jest taka możliwość (a najwyraźniej nie było to w wyposażeniu wszystkich namiotów) szli po wodę do czajnika pod prysznic, to nie było fajne. Same prysznice były czyste i zadbane, bardzo wygodne w obsłudze, ale: przydałyby się wieszaki na rzeczy - nie w każdym były. W domku nie było też talerzy, jedynie 3 jednorazowe kubki - jeśli ktoś podróżuje jedynie z bagażem podręcznym, to raczej nie pakuje wyposażenia kuchni, więc przydałoby się takie na miejscu.

Canvas tents were so cute, spacious and cozy. Had a view of the mountains from our little deck which was beautiful! Hot tub was very enjoyable. Had a nice bonfire one night next to our tent.

No access to any potable water and did not feel we had warning about this. A spigot to fill up jugs and water bottles would have been nice.

No water taps! There are flush toilets and showers but nowhere to fill water. People were filling water from the showers. I went to a nearby apartment building (5 min walk) and used an outdoor tap.

The campground is so new and the location is really good. The big tent has plenty of space. WiFi worked great. They provide a propane heater. The sauna & Hot tubs were so cool. Close to Exit Glacier, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Close to Seward.

In the evening, it got quite windy, and since we were sleeping in one of the large tents, it was extremely noisy due to the fabric flapping around. The tent also doesn’t block any light, so with the midnight sun during Alaska’s summer, it was hard to fall asleep. The campground is next to a construction site so they were making noise too, also the train track is close.

The hostess was incredible and amazing and went out of her way to accommodate us! The tent was very comfortable and very cozy! The tent had a king size bed in it and then she brought out an army cot in case we needed it for the two year-old. The blankets were nice and warm! The coffee and tea on the table was a wonderful addition! It was a very lovely stay.

They were completely booked up. My reservation was a late night reservation at 7 o’clock. So the hostess did not know about my reservation and she didn’t think she had any room for us. She said the Booking app was supposed to cut off all reservations at 5 PM and that all reservations were supposed to be reserved 24 hours in advance instead of the same day. As for the tent, they were using a propane gas buddy. When you were outside, and then you stepped inside, you can tell that there was quite a bit of fumes in the room. But opening a window or door got rid of some of the fumes. Definitely turn the heater off at night time and only run it for maybe 20 minutes.
