Howling Wolf Resort

4 clean showers with hot water, 4 clean flushing toilets, 2 saunas, 2 hot tubs, several cold plunges. Our yurt was a nice size and had a cooler in the room, hot water kettle, heater, and our own fire pit.

Hot tub was not hot. Sauna seemed to turn off at 11pm.

The views were incredible. Accommodations were comfortable.

Having to truck my things from car to cottage without assistance.

There is nowhere on the property to wash hands. No single faucet. Not even in the bathroom.

Location was very nice, very nice rooms with well thought out interiors.

When windy, it was a bit loud.

nice tent and beds, girls working there were very nice, not their fault things weren't working.

bathroom facilities were not working, no shower, no toilet, hot tubs were either not working or not hot, had to walk to office to use bathroom and wait in line for other guests. should have been contacted earlier about bathrooms not working so we could have made other arrangements for our stay

Nice glamping site and helpfull staff! Fire pit with fire wood, nice and spacious bed. Great view…

Toilet and shower not in full function, still not constructed. Two chemical toilets (they were to full) for all guests in 20 tents and one cold water shower.

I would prefer to use regular bathroom, not a portable toilet.

There was no working bathroom. We left a day earlier than planned because the situation was very disgusting. The camp has these bathrooms and showers constructed and none of them were in working condition. It looked like they had recently been constructed so I'm not sure why they are accepting guests if operations aren't complete. When I looked at reviews for this place, it seems that there have been complaints about the bathrooms for at least a year, so I'm not sure why this is not getting fixed. We were told that we could use the bathroom in the office. But since the entire camp, i.e., at least 30-40 people were using the office bathroom, it got filthy in less than a day. And no one was cleaning it. A huge pity, because the cottage itself was very nice and clean.
