"Comfortable, thoughtful and convenient."

10.0

From entry, you can tell so much care has been taken to make it a comfortable stay. It smells like fresh linen, the details in decor and the extra details-robes, biscoff, milk in the fridge! Old train tickets and copper pans, signage and wall art, it really lets you know the restoration was done with love. The location at the station obviously provides easy access to other areas of NI if you don’t have a car.

Doesn’t apply, I enjoyed everything about it.

They had thought of everything. Ear plugs in the drawer, extra towels, helpful instructions, and local tips. An astonishing, adorsble, and delightful place.

"Amazing!"

10.0

What an absolutely beautiful gem of a place. Perfectly presented and immaculately clean. Very cute, cosy and warm. The owner was great at communicating before check in and contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was OK and was very quick to respond to a very small question that we had. We thought we might be woken by the sound of the trains but we weren't. The owner had even thought of ear plugs just in case but we honestly did not need them. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

There was honestly nothing not to like.

"Beautiful place to stay with lots of history and the worlds comfiest bed!!"

10.0

Beautifully restored and decorated with lovely little touches from its former life as a railway station. Close to the village for a walk into the shops for dinner. My son loved the novelty of running to watch the trains go past. Anne, the host, was great at getting in touch and replying quickly to queries. Definitely worth a stay! We can't wait to go back!

"Warm hospitality"

10.0

The Railway Sleeper was everything it's advertised as and then some more. The Sleeper (Anne) was flexible with check in and check out. She even helped with a missing wedding gift card! This is/was N.Irish hospitality at its very, very best. Little touches of hospitality made this stay feel special. And to have Mia next door in the coffee shop for breakfast is just the icing on the cake!

Absolutely nothing

"Absolutely great. Would definitely stay again."

Fab little place. Really cosy and well finished. Location is just what you need for seeing NI, the train station is literally your doorstep so Belfast, or the beach is so easy to get to. Lovely little village with a great chippy and chinese too. The Cafe next door is brilliant, so friendly and everything they do is freshly homemade! The Host was really friendly and helpful too. Because it's the train station, passing trains might wake you if having a late morning, but just wear earplugs. The oven is ideal for reheating a ready meal, but struggled to do a pizza. Not an issue, just go to the Chippy instead :-)

Having to leave, and go back to work.
