走的时候因为本来想打算续租，问房东价格，价格高，我没续租，结果立马就对我变脸，说难听的话，退房时，各种对我刁难，第一次在英国感受到了这个来自罗马尼亚🇷🇴的恶意

Location was okay

Dirty room, temperature gauge broken on shower, and stunk of cigarrettes.

Great location ,3 rooms booked and only 2 used as 1 of our party was ill and didn't travel .

Rude host and unclear access system .Doors that didnt work and generally poor organisation. Would not recommend

I was able to use the washing machine (need to purchase your own detergent) and store my bicycle in the courtyard, which was nice for cycle travel. It's ~30km bicycle ride to the Dover-to-France ferry; the train also goes there (~30 min). The location in Canterbury was excellent.

The residence was shared and there were some smokers in the common areas. The upstairs room is technically smoke free (I think) but at times I felt the secondhand was drifting up. The machine did not quite fully dry the clothes (there was steam drying, but no dedicated dryer or available drying rack). I was able to hang my items on hangers overnight in my room to get it adequately dry. Just budget enough time for this.
