I didn’t stay at property because I couldn’t get to the room I rang the number that was on email no one answered my wife was getting stressed and upset so I booked another place In ashford The number that I rang they rang me 47 minutes afterwards and didn’t unswerd the reason was I was driving to the other place that had booked it was very but service I would like to claim my money back KR Antonio da Luz

Location was excellent and central Large room Use of kitchen facilities and washing machine Pleasant room nicely presented and clean

The mattress was uncomfortable The ground room shower was particularly small Bedroom window at street level was not secure Kitchen facilities need refreshing
