Lawn View Apartment

Location was absolutely spot on, flat was beautifully clean, very spacious & warm

That we didn't stay longer due to work Monday 😂

Good communication from hosts. Very comfortable and welcoming apartment. Nice little touches, like milk and biscuits on arrival. Great central location with lovely views across the park. Love the ducks and black swans. Apartment is prettily furnished and comfy, and we loved sitting in the bay to have our breakfast. Check out was flexible as our train was delayed. Thank you.

Nothing, the apartment was lovely. Only little tip is a coffee pot for filter coffee would be nice. Will definitely stay again.

The location was excellent and view over the river and lawn area fantastic. Loved seeing the black swans and all the rest of the birds including ginger headed duck. Ted was an added bonus. Bed and pillows heavenly. Will definitely be back in the spring/summer.

The only down side was the great british weather and storm Bert, got soaked every time we went out. Stayed in most of 1 day and just snuggled up.

It was spotless everything was better than I expected it is my place I want to stay at whenever I’m in Dawlish great bathroom great kitchen I slept well everything was great

The apartment was great, everything you needed was available. Fantastic view from the living room window, where the lovely big bear sat 😁😁. I nicknamed him Mister Bear. Would definitely recommend 🧸😁🤩
