Lawn View Apartment

Spacious. Very Clean. Perfectly situated. A very lovely property

I struggled with a buggy getting in through the second door. Otherwise all good.

Everything. Apartment was in excellent condition, clean and tidy. It was also, as we found, in the perfect place to watch the Dawlish carnival from, never get a carnival like that in Ashford these days. Close to the shops, my wife especially loved the clothes ones. Actually we liked Dawlish so much we have decided that in the next 2 to 3 years we will move there, something we would not to if Lawn View had been a dissapointment.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4! We spent our mornings and evenings sat in the window looking at the black swans, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for us to head off on the train to Teignmouth and Dawlish Warren. Although parking isn't available there was plenty of free parking between 6pm and 9am on the street. However we parked at the car park at the top of the road which was only a 2minute walk and we were able to pay for the parking in bulk for our stay rather than having to keep buying tickets.

Location, spacious apartment, welcome pack items left out, seaside theme decorations around the apartment, friendly helpful host.

The mattress in the main bedroom very soft and uncomfortable and gave me backache, the bath plug does not fit the bath plug hole and lets the water out so had to use a cloth to block water escaping, the apartment gets very warm so a couple of fans in the apartment would really be helpful and was surprised there were not any fans, the television does not have many channels and the signal wasn't great as it kept cutting out and had to keep moving the wire around to get a good picture and sound.

This apartment was absolutely perfect 👌 Beautiful throughout, exceptionally clean, everything there that you might need, brilliant location for town , park and beaches, couldn’t rate it highly enough, we would definitely stay there again 👍😁

Really nice, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Perfect weekend away

We booked this for a couple of nights whilst visiting family in Teignmouth. The location was perfect and only a ten minute drive from there. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and spacious. And so quiet! The view was overlooking the river and bowls, and the town itself is a beautiful place. Our children loved looking at the ducks and swans opposite the apartment. It's just a few minutes' walk to amusements and the seafront. We loved the little touches within the apartment, like biscuits and milk left for us and also toys for our children, which definitely came in handy! Would definitely come back when visiting again and would recommend highly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
