Lawn View Apartment

So it was a very last minute booking as we needed to be in the area as a result of a family emergency the place was lovely a home from home the host has great communication and even allowing an early arrival the Apartment was spotless ,a couple of nice touches as well ie Fresh milk and the like bottom line if you have the chance to stay here take it as we will book it again

Quite simply nothing

Was perfect for our short stay seeing family. Very clean and everything there we needed. Perfectly located and would definitely recommend.

Location was fantastic for shops, beach, train and river walk. Easy parking outside or at a car park a short walk away… reasonable parking fees. Well decorated spacious apartment, with everything you need and a very welcome “welcome pack” of milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits ..thank you ! .Cleaning products, soaps toilet rolls available too.

I prefer a softer bed but that’s personal preference . The bedroom windows overlook staircases and windows to other apartments and would have benefited from some obscure window covering so we could have the curtains open a bit more . Otherwise a great stay… a real gem for a good beach holiday.

First time in an airb&b and this was lovely had all you need, bed was very comfortable when I come to Dawlish again would book this again

The apartment was very spacious Excellent location Extremely clean and comfortable Full of all the appliances you need Booking was simple We loved our stay in our favourite place

It's a shame there was no parking It could cost quite a bit for parking during the day We did find all day parking at the train station for a reasonable price and the road side parking was free after 6pm till 9am if you could find a space just something people should be told
