Great location very clean

Town centre location lovely window with seating to watch the river

Lovely homely apartment, well equipped and centrally located. Apartment was a lovely size and would cater for a family of 4 or 4 friends with 2 double bedrooms, the one being a king-size bed. Comfortable beds and pillows and quiet bedrooms. Lots of equipment in kitchen cupboards, and plenty of towels. Thoughful touches, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Excellent accommodation, would recommend.

Everything! A spacious, comfortable apartment, with so much thought for what guests might need put into it by the owners. A perfect location, too, with a great view, sitting in the crow's nest window watching the world go by - and everything you need on the doorstep.

The television didn't work

Location was perfect for a couple of days breaking our journey home.

It was quite cold, I know in mid June it shouldn't be but that's English summers for you.

Lovely location with great view. All amenities on your doorstep, Apartment was lovely with everything you needed. We have stayed in loads of nice places but this has to be the best. Highly recommend if your visiting dawlish for a break. Will definitely be booking lawn view on our next visit if available.

All good Nothing to dislike

Lovely spacious apartment; great location with everything you need nearby. Good pub grub a short walk away...and a lovely cream tea a short stroll down the road. Lawns and brook (with lots of wildfowl) can be seen from the window seat. Had a lovely walk to Dawlish Warren - takes about an hour but well worth it. Class all round...hope to come back some time and do the river walk.

Good value for money in a central location.

No real issues

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It also has a lovely view of the river. It was perfect for my stay.

The entrance and dark stairway, as a first impression, didn't do justice to the lovely apartment.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very well maintained, lovely decor and well equipped. There was everything you could need. We would certainly stay there again and would strongly recommend it to friends and family.

The light over the stairs is inadequate….stronger bulb needed. The bedrooms could use small waste bins. The sofa bed in the second bedroom was a little uncomfortable and really should be changed to a proper bed if possible.
