Okay Boutique Hotel

Location and breakfast was good.

Laundry service took longer than the promised time frame. Staff seemed dismissive and unapologetic. Laundry weight was off by 2x, but I had no way to prove it as I was not present at the weighing. Upon checkout, we were made to pay a $10 cleaning fee for a towel with a small amount of blood on it. They refused to handle the dispute through booking.com and would not let me check out without paying it.

I stayed in many hotels in Cambodia and this was the best hotel by far. The staff here were extremely helpful and beyond hospitable. Especially Kim & Ratana they were always available to help with anything I needed and any bookings. The hotel is located in a very walkable area and easy to get everywhere. Don’t hesitate to book

I suspect I was unlucky with my room during my stay but based on the overall experience I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. There was a leak from the room above into my bathroom (went all over my toiletries) - when I told reception they said they’d look into it and try and find a different room for me. There were no rooms available but they offered to move me down the street to another hotel but wouldn’t give me the hotel name or show me where it was on a map. As a solo female traveler this made me feel pretty unsafe so I opted to stay in the room with issues as I didn’t want to go to an undisclosed location. The staff were pretty unhelpful about the whole thing. Mattress was uncomfortable, floor was filthy (I suspect never mopped), not enough tables at breakfast, fruit very slow to be replenished at breakfast and food options were generally poor quality.
