"Établissement très bien situé, avec un très bon service"

Situation géographique idéale, sur la rue principale, et historique avec toutes les boutiques et restaurants. Et à 2 pas de la gare pour arriver/repartir et tous les trajets sur l’île. Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner excellent, plat chaud à la demande, pâtisserie, buffet riche. Petite attention quotidienne dans la chambre avec de quoi faire un thé, chocolat chaud pour se réchauffer après la journée est très appréciable.

La chambre partagé / dortoir du Guest House dans laquelle j’étais était vraiment petite et basse de plafond. Manque des portes manteaux pour pouvoir y faire sécher ne serais que la veste de pluie … et idéalement un rangement pour les chaussures (pleine de boue sur la moquette ce n’est pas idéal …)

They cleaned the room regularly and added supplies of shampoo and conditional as well as hot chocolate and biscuits each day which was much needed on the wet days.

One of the staff wasn't very helpful as I asked for the veggie option for breakfast and it was a difficult conversation but I just think she was inexperienced. Not much space for wet clothes and not a great area to just sit and chill but could pop along to the Tobermorey Hotel to make up for it.

"Very Good"

The room with the shared bathroom only had one ceiling window. Surprise! It could be opened a bit of fresh air, but it wasn't ideal. Also, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I made it all work. Staff and location was very good, and the breakfasts were as well.
