Excellent location, warm welcome and helpful friendly staff, wonderful, fresh cooked breakfast. Superb views from dining area over harbour. Close to bus station

Our room was quite small although adequate and had a roomy en-suite. It was at the rear of the guest house and at the top of two flights of stairs. But we managed and it was cosy and comfortable

We loved the strong water pressure in the shower, the privacy of the garden view room as it was backed up against the cliff, the friendly and helpful staff, the gift of biscuits and whisky sample, the convenient seafront location and the comfortable bed.

We noticed that there wasn't any soundproofing, but this didn't bother us much as no one in the surrounding rooms was up very late/early.

Plenty of room, nice refurb. Staff in the restaurant were awesome.

Pillows were just awful. Overflowing rubbish bins at the front door for 3 days. Cold shower Thursday 4th.
