Shametu River Lodge

We hadden een tented lodge, die staan aan het water. Werkelijk fantatisch uitzicht op de rivier, in de ochten nijlpaarden gesport.

We waren in de winter, het zwembad water is dan te koud, niet verwarmd.

Die Lage direkt am Okawango ist traumhaft. Leckeres Essen, tolle Sundowner Bootstour zu den Popa Falls, einfach empfehlenswert!

Toplocatie aan de rivier. Comfortabele tenten aan het water en het diner is er goed.

Absolutely loved our stayed. The staff the accommodation and the view was amazing. Will definitely be back.

We loved Shametu, our tent was on the riverside with comfortable chairs on the decking for us to enjoy the view. The food and staff were excellent and looked after us so well. This was our favourite accommodation during our three weeks in Namibia.

Excellent location for excursions into the surrounding National Parks and for a visit to the Popa Falls. Very comfortable large rooms.

We were in a brand new room that had very little view of the river and it was rushed, so the finishing wasn’t as good as it should’ve been

Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming. The service was excellent and the location is amazing. Our room with a private deck over the river was sensational! Bucket list location.

The all inclusive food was average. It should have been up to the same standard of the location and staff, then our trip would have been perfect.

Stunning thatched rooms, very comfy beds and crisp white linen. Magnificent poolside bar and restaurant overlooking the river.
