Very clean.

Lack of any basic food items and bottle opener. No bedside light

It was in a good location, clean and warm.

The beds were the worst we’ve ever slept in. The couch was also uncomfortable.

Clean, bright with everything we could need for a weekend break. Great location only steps away from shops and restaurants and about 15 mins walk to the centre of town.

Parking. There is an expensive car park opposite but that was full when we arrived. We spend nearly 30 mins driving around the side streets trying to find somewhere to park. It was insanely busy. It’s worth considering the train as there is a station only a 5 mins walk away.

Great location, modern, clean and tidy.

The sink tap blasts water all over the place. Looks fancy but it’s not practical. Change the tap.

Incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful host, frankly better than most hotels I have stayed at in similar price range. The property itself is very private and safe, while having a very cool/modern feel and setup inside. Easy walk access from train station, bus stops also nearby so very easy using public transportation. Right next to a great little coffee shop, we only stayed for a couple days but plenty of good options along Mill Rd around the corner for everything from pubs to groceries. If I return to Cambridge with similar size group (4-5) this location will be my first choice to stay.

Absolutely spotless property and comfortable. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Clear instructions for gaining access as well.

Just one thing we would suggest is being given the lockbox code on the day of arrival. There was a mix up with the next guests trying to gain access (they had the wrong day) but they had the lockbox code already so if we had been out and left the key in there they would have been able to access the property which isn't very secure. The owner dealt with it straight away though and was veru apologetic.
