"I didnt"

They told me the were having problems getting the money from booking.com for the room and that i had to call customer service. They then kicked me off the property after i protested saying that was an issue between them and booking.com. The problems started immediately at entering and trying to book a room in person, when I declared my dog. My $65 dollar pet fee was refunded

"Terrible customer service"

The “assistant manager” with purple hair and a purple crescent moon on her forehead was never able to check me into the room i reserved on booking. she wanted me to call booking support and it ended in her yelling at both the customer service representative and i. she had no clear answers or solutions for problems that her hotel commonly had. she said this was a reoccurring issue but couldn’t even provide the phone number for booking support. i’ve never seen someone so miserable in customer service and i hope no other customers have to experience what my friends and i did! that was my first and last time in that building, save your time and spend the same amount at econolodge down the road!

I booked this room via Booking.com. After booking, I called the hotel to ensure the room was available and that my reservation was complete. I was assured they had the room, reservation and all was good to go. Weeks later, and less than two weeks from the date of the reservation, I was called by the hotel that they "overbooked" and I don't have a room. No other explanation was given. I explained that I booked, called to confirm, had email confirmations, etc. Again, I was simply told they "overbooked" and I was out of luck. I called Booking.com. The lady told me she would call them and call me back. She said she called, but they didn't answer. So, she said she would keep trying and they would call me within two days to give me a reason and resolution. She said if they can't get my room, they would find another and pay the difference if the cost was not same/more. I NEVER heard back from anyone again. I will never use Booking.com again, and will tell others to avoid. Furthermore, I will never use that hotel/motel - and will leave a bad review and tell others to avoid.

"Overpriced crap staff rude"

Nothing . No coffee in the room 1 bath and face cloth which were very worn. 1 small bar of soap no shampoo. Ac/floor heater smelled and dirty. Bathroom floor dirty, beddings well worn. Bathroom floor dirty $50 refundable fee required as if you would take something Football weekend Thursday night $70 walk up Friday night 149 five months out $320 Worst hotel I’ve been in the last 20 years
