Considering it is located very close to the highway, the place is generally quiet and most are respectful. For a Motel, that's key. Rooms are clean and the water is hot. Cool A/C and bed is comfortable. Not too soft or hard.

"It was gross but at least it was cheap. It would have to be cheaper to make it worth it."

Up front staff was kind. And in a good location.

Cigarette holes in the fitted sheets in a non smoking room. Towels were stained and dingey. No soaps or anything provided we had to bring our own. Floors were dirty. Had some bugs crawling on the night stand. Ac was visibly dirty.
