Sunny Side Cottages

Having the living room area to spend with friends but having your own private bedroom and bathroom. It was quiet. It was close to the quaint Dunedin shopping/restaurant area.

Location was excellent, property was very quiet

The cottages are so cute and secluded, pool area was clean and this area was very quite. I would recommend Sunny Sude Cottages to anyone coming to this area, and we will stay again if in the area.

Very clean and easy set up.

One of the girls that stayed got locked out of her room. We looked for a phone number to call to have someone come and let her in.. the number listed did not work. No way to get ahold of anyone. There was only one trash can and the bathroom sink was clogged.

The accommodations were nice, clean and comfortable.

This was my second stay and both times the hot tub was not working properly.

It was difficult to figure out that we needed an email to get the key code. Another guest was really helpful and with him we were able to figure out how to get the code to our dooe.

The property is really cute. The concept is very well done. I’ve stayed here several times in different rooms. They have all been spacious and had everything I needed. I also need to call out the property manager, Millie, who is amazing! I stay here several times a year when I come to visit my mother, this trip was a difficult one, and Millie made everything so much smoother. Her care, follow-through, and personality are such an asset to this property! Thank you Millie!

The WiFi is very spotty; even in the wee hours of the morning when in theory no one else would be on it.
