Sunny Side Cottages

The cottage was perfect! Very clean and very comfortable! I appreciated the makeup removal towel in the bathroom. It was definitely a nice touch.

It would have been nice to do a night swim with the nice lights over the pool. 🙂 Maybe allowing the pool to remain open until quiet time begins.

The vibe, the location, the communication with the owner was excellent.

That there wasn't a live person to ask questions.

I was supposed to have a cottage for 4 adults and ended up with a bedroom smaller than any hotel! Also they said Queen beds and they were only doubles, no kitchenette! They told me we had a regular size refrigerator and it was a very small college size! Our outside door wouldn’t lock from the outside and the inside door took you into the lounge area! The back deck had no furniture and nor did the outside of our room! I sent a complaint Sunday morning ( we got there Saturday 5pm). Never heard anything back! Also the hot tub was warm, but the jets didn’t work

Walking distance to Downtown, restaurants bars. excellent! Love the vibes and amenities.

The property is small and easy to find your way around. There is a comfortable sitting area outside the rooms with coffee, water, soda, and hot chocolate available. It is in a residential area. The bathroom is large and clean. The rooms can be accessed from the outside or from the interior of the building using a key pad code.

One of the beds in the Mardi Gras room was uncomfortable. There were 2 dining table chairs in the room which made it feel slightly cramped. The television was difficult to navigate.

There was no one to contact with any issues. Our A/C was running way too cold so we had to completely turn it off. Also, no coffee cups were in the lobby area on the first morning.
