Sunny Side Cottages

We liked it was clean a good location and updated.

There wasn't anything we were unhappy with. We would like to book again next year.

Location, clean.

False advertising. Photo ad shows cottages, I was given a room in a house. The room had a military motif which I found offensive. After complaining I was given a room in one of the cottages. All communication was via email, the owner did not return my phone calls.

Lots.

Pool was dirty. Hard to get ahold of staff.

The location was great for easy access to the centre.

The room was plain and unwelcoming. We never saw a member of staff during our stay except for a cleaner who appeared on our departure. We could have used the pool whilst our room was being prepared but it was dirty and looked a little sad. The whole property could have done with some updating.

Great location, comfortable room and common area

Convenience to downtown.

Rug was nasty, no one asked if we needed more towels, cleaning folks made a lot of noise.
