Sunny Side Cottages

Nothing. There was NO breakfast. Even the Keurig in the lobby (which was right outside the room ) was broken.

The advertisement on Booking.com was for an APARTMENT. The photos all showed cottages but this turned out to be a single room off of the main lobby (I'm guessing the property manager's room) and not an apartment at all. The bed was like something found discarded on a street. It was totally unacceptable for any kind of lengthy stay. And the property owners were not present and not amenable to discussion. We had to cancel because it was uninhabitable. and we had to file a dispute. Very very disappointing.

The Fireside room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Parking was good.

The outside door deadbolt lock was broken so anyone could enter the room if I was not in the room.The deadbolt lock only worked if I was inside the room. Big security issue sincexI was by myself. The hinge on the right door which enclosed thr microwave was broken so it hung hanging on. The TV streaming service kept going on & off. The weather was not the issue.

Great location and I love the tiny cottages. We were able to meet our neighbors and we even had a front porch show.

The pool was full of leaves and the hot tub was only warm water. Maybe cover them when not in use to avoid so many leaves from the trees.

The location is good. Walkable to downtown and ballpark. The facility is cozy.

They really need to update the entry information, it was really confusing to get Wifi pass which changed and also for finding the entrance to my room. Additionally, the floor was a bit sticky, would have been good if they had slippers.
