Grandview Residences with awesome view

Easy access to downtown. It’s like a 10minute walk going to burnham park, near Sm baguio and what i like the most is the convenience on getting a cab to go everywhere(tho Grab is also available like less than 15 seconds you already have a taxi). The Rooms are well cozy and you can feel the breeze of baguio.

Not Actually like but i am looking forward to have at least air conditioning still for rooms tho i understand that there is no need to have because of the weather. Well this is just me.

I like the view from the window.

The room should be cleaned thoroughly. Pls clean the cabinet under the sink. there's unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drainge and under the kitchen sink.

The views, kettle, cleanliness.

The mattress was just a thin slab of foam and not a real mattress. But most of all we were infuriated by the lack of a proper blanket . We realise that it was a short stay apartment and not a hotel room, but we froze without a real blanket. It’s spoiled the experience of what is actually a good apartment .

The location is nice, far from the noise of the bustling city, not too cold, yet not that warm as well. You have so much privacy and the place is so neat when we checked in. Highly recommended for couples

Had a slight inconvenience with cellular signal, but it's intermittent. It's hard to get a taxi due to the peak season, but overall, it's quite nice
