Grandview Residences with awesome view

The water pressure in the shower was okay. Hot water worked well. Instructions to access until were clear and precise. Good sized fridge, which was on and ready to go.

There was a strange odour in the unit. Some air freshener or a good airing out before the guest arrives might be a good idea.

It has a large window thus, you get a good sunlight and a good view. It has a lobby where you can loitee around. The guard is friendly.

There was a construction on going that was directly outside our window. It was loud. The location is not good for us as it’s far from session road, Cathedral, and SM, by foot. The utensils were bad and not properly washed. There were no extra garbage bags. There were no slippers. The towels look like rugs. The water pressure of the shower was weak. The CR was slimy. The tiles of the room were slimy as well. The blanket was wayyyy too small. The pillows were ready to retire. The wifi connection was weak. Well comparison is easily done once you have the taste of perfection right? Our previous accomodation was better compare to this one. Way better. But, if you have no other choices since all are fully booked, you can bear with this one.

The location was very good, considering our previous stay. It was very accessible to public transportation, and lots of key places. Great view as well, overlooking, and seeing SM from our window. We had a chance to experience fog as well, which further enhanced our experience.

It’s located behind a steep ascent, and if would not recommend to inexperienced walkers. We’d always ask the taxi to go up to the entrance, rather than walking up ourselves

The owner is easy to deal with and really helps us especially with the internet connection. Even let us check in early and stay a bit longer. Depends on the availability of the unit.

It’s hard to get back to the hotel without riding a taxi because of how steep it is to reach atop.
