Grandview Residences with awesome view

We love that it has a great view, nice sofa, nearby restaurants and 7eleven and internet. They have an Ogawa chair and a mini gym upon request.

The blanket was too thin especially for two people staying in Baguio. 🥶 Internet connection was a bit of a problem since it’s reloadable and sometimes loses its signal.

I like the location, it is near the city especially Burnham Park but very quiet, I do not hear the traffic. I love the view. The place is clean and all appliances and wifi are working.

Location was good, near Burnham park, SM, Market, etc. Well kept, clean, appliances all appeared to work as expected. View looking partially towards the city, including SM & Sky Ranch. Decent cookware and mini fridge available for cooking at home. Free reliable wifi. Self check-in (going straight to the unit after checking in online) and not having direct contact with any management, was actually a positive for one of us.

Part of the view out of the only window in the unit, was looking straight down into relatively close and unobstructed views of neigh orange houses, which made it a bit uncomfortable to keep the window shades open for enjoying the rest of the view. This was up a fairly steep driveway, which some taxi drivers found difficult to drive up or find. It was also a bit rough to climb up and down, if choosing to walk anywhere. No feasible or legible signage was posted along the road or building as viewed while approaching the hotel, so it was hard to tell where the location actually was, or if we were at the right building, until we got to their lower carpark. The front or 'face' and entrance of the building was actually facing away from the road, towards woods/trees. Perhaps this is planning for future development, but it didn't lend to easy identification or a good impression/image of the building. Otherwise no real complaints, overall satisfied and would have stayed longer if there was availability.

Non ! The renter at room 311 Mr. Jerwin Puzon was not accessible since arrival, tv and wifi was inaccessible even the unit owner was intermittently giving us orders on how to operate his wifi box and cable box...

The stay at Mr. Jerwin Puzon unit 311 in the Grandview Residences was a disaster.

No working lift Heavy maintenance every day No hot water unless you use pathetic shower Had to wait ages to enter even after give them notice and well after check in time Insisted on 1000 peso deposit after I’d paid in full No refunds Then waited ages for the guy to return with our deposit.never came so we eventually got it hours later . No offer of any compensation even though the venue was a building site Arrogant host with snide answers Wi-Fi code was wrong Even when we were told it was written on the fridge(very professional) still wrong
