Location very good. Easy access

No TV. It was on Wi-Fi and was frozen. Could not watch the world cup

Location clean and tidy

Very noisy church bells 🔔 next door and you could hear the people hair dryer next door No breakfast which did not reflect the price of £120 per night We have been before and injoy a full breakfast with previous owners

Pleasant set up and tasteful decor, good location, peaceful.

Had no hanger’s

Excellent little place to stay nice and clean with onsite parking and a great little bistro opposite.

There was a fish and chip shop close and the room was clean.

No hot water, kettle too big to go under sink. Long walk to harbour . Lack of adequate sockets for appliances. Not value for money.

Have stayed at the Courtyard before so knew what to expect. It's in a central location in Brightlingsea and always clean and fresh in the rooms.

The property forgot to send the access details until prompted as I wanted to check in. They solved it quickly and courteously so no real issue, but if I hadn't stayed there before would have been more of a concern. (It hasn't happended before !)

We got upgraded on arrival at The Courtyard and our room was outstanding. If you get the option to book the family room (room 6) please do. Great communication with Victoria before check-in and once we arrived. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Location also superb. Very close to the marina/beach, so had a lovely stroll around this and close to the birthday party we were attending (the reason for our visit). There is a communal area but we didn't make use of this.
