EL Homestay Bunaken

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Stefen y su familia son unos anfitriones increíbles, siempre atentos a todo y con una sonrisa. La comida está súper rica y es muy variada, además amenizada con música todas las noches. Las excursiones también están genial. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro!

TOUT. Les chambres sont propres et simples. Il y a la climatisation pour 100K IDR en plus. Le prix est imbattable. La nourriture est super super bonne. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment le plus comblé c’est la gentillesse de Stefen, l’ambiance conviviale dans le Homestay, et les excursions qu’il propose. Un vrai + sur l’excursion dauphin et turtle city où il s’arrange pour être le premier sur place. L’île est d’une biodiversité remarquable et la probabilité de voir des dauphins est très probablement de 90% voir plus.

Our four-day stay couldn't have been better. We had a large, very clean room with a comfortable bed. There was a spacious outdoor area with tables and chairs. The accommodation is quiet and very well located, everything was within walking distance in just a few minutes. The WiFi was very good. Stefen is a very attentive, courteous and warm-hearted host. Our snorkelling trips were unique. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the dinner was simply amazing; the best food we had during our several weeks in Indonesia. We highly recommend this homestay! Many thanks to Stefen and his whole family!

Stefen and his family were fantastic hosts! The meals were the best on our whole trip in Sulawesi and the tours with Stefen were really interesting. The snorkling spots were breathtaking and we loved to learn about the nature, culture and language of Indonesia and Bunaken! Our room was good and clean.

Stefen, Missi und El sind die besten Gastgeber. Ich habe mich direkt total wohl gefühlt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Frühstücksoptionen und leckeres Essen insgesamt. Die Lage ist unglaublich zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

This place is so nice and clean. The food is great. The tours stefan did were so fun and so beautifull. Stefan is the best and we loved everything about our stay.

Le gérant et sa femme étaient très accueillants et chaleureux. Ils proposent des activités intéressantes à des prix raisonnables pour lesquelles j’ai eu de très bons conseils ainsi qu’un excellent accompagnement. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon.

L’eau était fraîche.

This is the best place we have stayed in over a month in Indonesia! El Homestay was a home away from home in Bunaken. Stefen and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with everything we needed. Right from getting to the port in Manado, they had arranged the boat staff to meet us to make sure we knew where to go. The homestay is perfectly located near dive shops and restaurants in the village. The food was absolutely sensational, we stayed 5 nights and had a different fish prepared with different and fresh flavours every day. The portions were very generous. There were several options for breakfast, all very filling and tasty.

It was an additional ~£4.50 per night for air con, but not an issue as we were fine with just the fans instead.
