Location in the best beach. Friendly staff, especially Andy who is very nice and supportive. Thank you Andy for everything! Tom, the owner, is a professional and pragmatic person, he provided full info, smoothly organized our pick up from Bedeladan and always replied immediately to us. Thank you Tom!

If you want to experience something special, feel like Robinson on a desert island and experience something you will never forget. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets all in one place. The beach is beatufil, the staff very helpful and friendly. It is definitely worth traveling all the way to the north of Palawan.

That we didn't organize our program better and couldn't stay longer :-D.

This is an awesome experience. Do bare in mind this is a remote island and you are exposed to a real experience of remoteness. The beaches around the island are incredible and the snorkeling is good. The food at the accommodation was great and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. It's great value for money, but be aware that this is very basic and it's all about the experience. We loved it.

The beds weren't comfy and it gets very warm. Shower pressure is low and cold showers only. If you're looking for a resort / hotel feel then i would not recommend, this is a desert island experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice beach. Value for money. I liked the place, but some things can improve

It rained into our house. There was a three going trough the roof and it wasn't secured for rain. I liked the place but some thing can be improved, such as fixing the roofing over the bar area. The other 3 camps on this island had much better social area. Food wasn't impressive. Small portions to a relative high price

"Paradise on earth"

10.0

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Bice Camp. Darocotan is a very small island, and after doing almost a complete tour of the island, we came to the conclusion that the beach at Bice Camp is the best one: crystal clear water, a golden sandy beach, very few rocks and algae in the water which give it a magical look. The staff were exceptionally nice. Especially Andy, Paul and the owner Tom and his wife made us feel like we were at home. There is a japanese warship shipwreck right off the coast, which makes for a fun snorkeling activity. It’s also possible to rent a kayak or even go on a boat trip if you’re lucky. We got invited to join the owner on such a private boat tour and in the evening we joined them when they were having a little party. Their hospitality turned this good experience into an unforgettable one! Transportation: the camp arranges a taxi service that comes pick you up at your hotel or airport in El Nido and brings you to the embarkation point. There, a boat brings you straight to the camp. They are very flexible too if you arrive or need to leave at a certain time. We took a hut with a shower: that was super convenient and the outside shower was truly refreshing. The food was very good, we especially loved the fish steak and the pasta carbonara. When you’re lying on the beach, with the dreamy view and no one around you, you really forget all the stress from back home. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The beds were okay. Due to the heat, it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. We also recommend to use insect/ant spray. Even though there’s a net around the bed, it didn’t prevent us from being stung a great amount of times by insects during our sleep.

"Island paradise on a budget!"

10.0

Incredible place to experience island life in peace away from bustle and noise. This place actually looks even better than in photos! The food was really good and the portions were big. The huts were clean and comfy. I am terrified of spiders but I felt safe in the mosquito net and we didn’t have any encounters! The staff are really nice and helpful. The location is to die for right on the beautiful white sand beach. This is a basic stay for the experience of being on Isla Darocuton and so don’t expect luxury but it is very comfy and as described. Make sure to walk to the left and right of nice camp so you can see the full length of the lovely beach.

More hammocks and benches would be good. Also some Sun loungers as the hammocks are a little uncomfortable after a while. Some cushions for the benches as these were not comfy to sit on. Snorkel rental is quite pricey - maybe it could be included free for guests?

"Amazing place to stay in a paradise island"

9.0

Styaing in Bice was perfect. Its right by this stunning beach where you can snorkel and swim The staff are very welcoming and friendly The food is great and well priced too. I had breakfast which was included, lunch and dinner The room was great, comfortable and cozy. I had my own shower which was great, its simple but it works The common toilet was well kept

Nothing One thing to bear in mind is that its more of a couples spot to stay, so not necessarily the most social environment (not an issue, just depends on the vibe you want)
