Sayang Sanur Duplex

Breakfast was good eventhough with a limited option. Location was prime.

There is no desk/table on the second bedroom with the twin beds. The house phone did not work, so I cannot call the reception desk or the room service from the room phone.

We stayed in Duplex 5, plenty of space and great pool just out the front.

The property was exactly as the photos.

The pool. It was huge and looked amazing but the water was hot. Not good for a refreshing swim when you get home for the day or to lay beside in the sun.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to the beach, bars, cafes and shops. The two-storey apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was very filling and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was only a short drive to the Port for catching the fast boat to nearby islands. Close to the esplanade walk and cycle path along the Bay with cafes and shops - a lovely way to spend a morning.

We should have stayed for more than one night.

We arrived very late and were able to check-in with the security man on arrival. We have stayed here before in duplex 4 which was quiet. This time we stayed in unit 3 which was the mirror image of no.4. All still well equipped with drinking water, good air conditioning and very clean. Breakfast is very good with a good choice of options and generous serves. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the pool filter in the duplex behind is disturbing, running constantly at night. You can hear it from the second bedroom.

beautiful restort with every convenience, and either breakfast or lunch included at the restaurant. staff were friendly, and helpful. we enjoyed our stay.

pool was very warm , so not suitable for doing laps.
