Sayang Sanur Duplex

You get alot of value for money at this resort. The pool is beautiful and clean and the apartment was amazing. The bod was very comfortable and the view over the pool gorgeous. Right in the heart of Sanur but far enough off the street to be very quiet.

Good options could be better but there are plenty of restaurants on the street and the beach is very very close too

Bathroom could have been cleaner in some of the fine details

The breakfast was okay, a complimentary latte would have been nice rather than be told it's an additional cost. Perhaps some basic items in the fridge would have been nice and a bottle of wine? A little something would go a long way!

N/A.......all good, other than complimentary latte and things mentioned above, would have put the icing on the cake! On the whole, first class!

Neat tidy, big pool, good breakfast, good location, quiet

No outdoor seating on patio. Big long list of what you can’t do. Lacked character and charm.

Breakfast menu to choose from. Selection could be improved just by adding cereal to the continental at a minimum. Not much traffic in the restaurant which is a shame as the staff are fantastic! There are stairs up to the bedroom in the apartments which might be an issue for older people. I am 65 and managed them well. Cleaners and ground staff are friendly and helpful with everything. The pool is fantastic! The place is quiet and well maintained. There is a new manager, and I know he is intent on improving on what is already a really good place to stay in Sanur (this could change the rating to excellent). A very, very enjoyable stay at Sayang Sanur!

Not really much not to like. A few very minor things - needed towel rack or hooks in the bathrooms, cushions on the pool chairs, extra locations around the pool for chairs (I know this could be difficult given the walkway), towels could be updated.
