The Traveller Kandy

What an incredible stay! One of our favourites in a 6 month trip and incredible value for money. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming and the home cooked meals by a lady from the village were delicious. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with an incredible view. The location is outside Kandy but we found the city to be hectic so it was nice to be a bit removed and nearer to nature, and was cheap & easy by bus or tuk tuk into town. As a cherry on top they have the sweetest friendly dog. Can't recommend enough!

Loved everything! Beautiful property, great room, friendly owner and DELICIOUS food! If you feel the need to head into Kandy there is a bus stop close by. I was happy to just enjoy my time at this lovely calming space though!

This place has scenic views, all amenities, a kitchenette, plus a kind host and a very cuddly cute dog. :)

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The cozy atmosphere and peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, always ensuring we were comfortable. And we can’t forget Lassie, their sweet and loving dog, who stole our hearts! Thank you for a wonderful experience

Room was spacious, clean, well-designed, and had a very nice view. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still close enough to the city centre. Owner was very kind and helpful.
