Lovely and clean, beautiful views, the service was outstanding and friendly

Winter Note Resort is in a beautiful quiet setting. Our room looked out over the tree covered mountains, all we could hear was birds and wildlife. It’s hard to find such a peaceful place, it was so relaxing. The room was huge and designed beautifully, it looked just like the photos. The staff were amazing - kind and helpful. All staff were great, from restaurant and cleaning staff to front desk. The restaurant was open all day with very kind, helpful staff and the food was tasty. Even though it’s out of town (which we loved), it was so easy (and cheap) to get a rickshaw to another restaurant or bar for a beer. The front desk also booked us with amazing trips in jeep and car to see the local area. They went out of their way to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this peaceful place.

Very beautiful and big room! Stunning view from balcony. You have absolutely everything in your room what you need. Bed and blanket good! All the reception staf member very helpful and friendly!

Bathroom tiles etc unfinished in out room. Restuarant food was not really good. Breakfast was good! I would not reccoment to book jeep tour via hotel. We got non English speaking driver and just hours of pumpy ride with no guiding. But we also book taxi driver and he was excellent driver, English speaking and really friendly! :)

Large and very well designed room. The view of hills and valleys from the room’s balcony.

The staff is still raw. I am sure they will get better with experience. The property is also far from the tea gardens - the main charm of Munnar.
