Property was not bad.it was clean and cute with mountain view.

Except reception staff all were soooo serious, no smiles at all..

The staff was amazing, very kind and always attentive to your needs. Also, the views of the room are stunning! Very recommended place.

Food and staff

The staff was friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to provide comfort. And the view from the balcony was stunning. We liked a good variety of food and fresh fruits for the breakfast.

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and not hot. One day there was a really bad smell of gutter. Internet connection was very poor in the room. The pillows were too big. All that negative stuff is kinda must to be now in every hotel.

The place was exceptionally clean.

The lunch i had in their restaurant was very poor..

Superb view. Very clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, especially FOM , don't remember his name exactly was very co operative and upgraded our room free of charge. Breakfast was really good

Location of the property. Walkway from entrance to rooms is very slippery.

There is nothing bad to stay All facilities are there and property is value for money we pay. Great Nature

Everything. Beautiful location with stunning views. Room very good, comfortable, clean, large with seating area and balcony with mountain views. Breakfast buffet good selection and also had dinner there, food was delicious. Staff and service excellent, very welcoming. We would stay here again when visiting Munnar area.
