Nothing, just fraud service provider

Hotel staff used toilet during guest unavailability. Lift not working. Manager is very unprofessional. Forced to pay money during check-in. No water during nights.

They were not providing us breakfast I fought for it..than they gave that also half ..no tea .staff is bas .no water given..not at all like 3 star..waste of money..very bad experience..they took more money...
