Like the service staff behaviour and food served in the room was good. The checkin was smooth.

No help from the bell boy with the luggage. The geyser was broken. Though the circuits were out but still the geyser was functional. Still might be a safety concern if water splashes into the circuits. The bell boy/cleaning staff asked upfront for a tip just on asking for an ashtray and for checking if the geyser was working. Also there was a wall hanging fan and no ceiling fan but it was not functional. The ventilation of the rooms is a bit bad but manageable for a 1-2 day stay.
