Very Bad property, Staff behavior so bad

The Room Was Secure. No Disturbance & No Threats. Simple. Clean. All Good. Food service was quick and easy. Location is great. Overall Safe environment.

1. Lack of Well groomed dedicated Receptionist. In my opinion their should be Minimum 1 dedicated Fresh young Couple friendly Front office stuff. 2. Check in should be much more fast or little bit of more engaging 3. Food Order service should be connected with hotel room's Land line service. Food Quality should be improved (It was hot but It should also be Fresh). 4. In our Room, there was no electricity. Next time I'll look for electricity. My Suggestion : There should be One Luxury chair in every Young Guest's Room. Whomever is visiting please take some extra money from them but make sure, when they will check out give them 30% off coupon for next one month validity. If possible Give a Rose while welcoming them. The Property is great. Work on it for Scaling.

Location and their restaurant's food.

They claim themselves as 3 star hotel but no amenities like, tea/coffee maker in room. No service boy to show your room. Payment they will take at the time of check-in but after that, nothing. You can consider this as normal hotel, never compare it with 3 star.

The behaviour of the staff was really bad. They were not fully prepared to explain the details of the room of 3 pax. They gave us a single bed n said they could provide a mattress at an extra cos to be put on the floor. So I took another room for 2500 n the staff said that I can not can cell the OT platform booking but pay 2500 n get a receipt of only 1500. Very very bad experience
