Casa Chetumal Hotel

Wir haben ein zimmer ohne fenster bekommen. Keine bilder an der wand, es sah aus wie im gefaengnis. Dann ein unglaublicher laerm von einer klimaanlage direkt neben dem badezimmer. Nach anfrage, ob wir ein anderes zimmer haben koennten, hiess es es sei sonst nichts frei. In booking finde ich aber noch 9(!) andere freie zimmer. Am naechsten morgen verdaechtigt man uns, ein Handtuch gestohlen zu haben, obwohl von anfang an nur eines im zimmer war. Fazit: nie wieder !

The hotel is centrally located, the basic room was spacious and clean. There are 2 car spots available in the hotel parking at first come, first serve. Recommend a stay at this hotel when in Chetumal.

The pictures and what you get are not the same thing. It serves it propuse, in my opinion a little high price for what you get. Maybe it was my luck and I got the last to improve unit.

The location was great and very central. A lot of things were walking distance. I also really liked the murals in the staircase and open areas. I think that added a unique charm and they were picturesque. The room itself was basic but did the job. The bed was comfortable.

The property felt dated. The room has a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable.
