"Great Budget Friendly Hotel That Fits Large Groups/Families."

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are great and ready to help. The location is excellent. There are vendors at every corner and stores along the entire stretch. Everything is a short walk or drive away.

The water pressure in the shower was just a bit too low.

The bed was soft

The room was not as described. Booking listed a standard studio with a terrace but the standard room does not come with any view. I belive the hotel is aware of this because they reach out by whatsapp to confim if I book a simple room but keep the description the same on the website so people would book rooms. The room was extremely small, and because of the location of the room you can hear people coming and going all day/night. Was very disappointed, but keep the room as most hotels were book out due to the event in Chetumal.
