quality and quantity of the lunch and diner options vs pricing. 20 to 30% mandatory service cost on every receipt. No space to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom. No internet on the available TV in the room, so no netflix etc.

I was very disappointed with the housekeeping during my stay. I stayed for one week , and despite extending my stay, the cleaning service was very poor. The cleaning lady was unorganized and did not clean the room properly. For three days in a row, even after I asked, my room was not cleaned. I also did not receive basic amenities such as toilet paper or slippers, which I had to request but never received. For a hotel that calls itself luxury, the housekeeping service was far below expectations.

Upon arrival, we received an upgrade, which was a pleasant start. The hotel and room looked beautifully clean and new, and we were welcomed with a cake and a nice card. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

The beds and pillows are hard, the sheets feel rough and itchy (probably polyester), and softer fabrics are not available. There’s no TV in the bedroom and no Netflix, so a quiet movie night was not an option. Peace and quiet? Forget it. Just forget it. There are speakers everywhere, blasting loud music until 2 a.m. I asked when it would stop, they said 1 am but it just kept on going. The bass literally thumps through your room. It’s even worse at the beach – unbearably loud, monotonous beats with no recognizable songs. Even the staff admitted it was too loud, but nothing was done about it. The beach itself has no sand, guests are packed closely together, and the parasols provide zero shade. We couldn’t really enjoy it. Service was extremely disappointing. The hotel runs on a do-it-yourself concept: either you wait endlessly with the risk that what you asked for never arrives or gets done, or you just do it yourself. 
Promises aren’t kept, and you have to ask for everything multiple times. No cleaning at all during four days, towels never came, orders were forgotten, tables stayed dirty (had to clean it before i could eat) and pillows only arrived after asking three times (and were still hard). You have to ask for room service and spa prices because there’s no menu. Even milk for coffee must be requested separately. There’s no iron or ironing board in the room. It feels like the hotel is run by inexperienced staff, with a few exceptions. They look unfriendly and they act like they are doing you a favor. Also, they tried to charge us extra for drinks that we didnt have. And they charged us for the valet service which really should be included for a 5 star “luxury” hotel. To top it off, there was also a stray dog on the property that barked and blocked the way to our room. Maybe harmless, but I prefer to feel safe. I have more complaints, but I’ll leave it at this.

La spiaggia fronte hotel e’ molto comoda, anche se il fatto che sia aperta anche agli esterni non è il massimo.

La proprietà e lo staff hanno potenziale ma al momento né la struttura né i servizi sono ancora sicuramente all’altezza di un cinque stelle.
