Ruins Luxury Resort - Adults Only

La ubicación.

Ha sido una experiencia pésima. No solo no recomendaría este hotel, sino que advertiría activamente a cualquiera que piense hospedarse aquí. La ubicación es lo único que vale la pena, pero eso no compensa en absoluto el cúmulo de inconvenientes que ofrece este lugar. La habitación es básica, digna de un hotel de 3 estrellas y nada más. Pero lo peor, sin duda, es el personal: lejos de facilitar la estancia, la complica día tras día. Vine con mi marido a disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas y lo que encontramos fue un problema nuevo cada día. Somos viajeros frecuentes, conocemos bien cómo debe funcionar un hotel 5 estrellas, y este claramente no lo es. El colmo fue que cierran la piscina a las 15:45 por un “eventos” sin avisar en ningún momento, ni en la reserva ni al hacer el check-in. De haberlo sabido, no me hubiese hospedado aquí, Uno viene a relajarse, no a sentirse expulsado de las instalaciones y que no le den ningún tipo de opción a las 15:45 de la tarde. El servicio en general es lento y desganado. Para que te atiendan en el restaurante, fácilmente esperas 2 horas, y encima te hacen sentir que te están haciendo un favor. La comida, insípida y básica. El café, directamente imbebible: trozos de leche cortada. Una absoluta falta de cuidado en los detalles. Hablamos con el manager y fue completamente inutil la conversación. No resolvió nada. El supuesto servicio de hamacas junto al mar es otro engaño: no hay personal suficiente para atender, así que terminas haciendo todo tú mismo. Lo que ofrecen no lo cumplen. Es un hotel donde reina la desorganización y la falta total de interés por el cliente. Qué lástima que mi viaje a Bodrum se haya visto tan arruinado por este alojamiento. Pensaba disfrutar unas vacaciones tranquilas, y acabé estresada, frustrada y decepcionada. No volveré y, sinceramente, recomiendo evitar este sitio a toda costa. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde al menos el personal entiende lo que significa “hospitalidad”.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The grounds are amazing and a lovely walk every day around the hotel, however the service in this hotel i wouldnt call it 5 star definitely more of a 4 star however this may be due to teething issues as the hotel is newly opened which is understandable. The hotel manager was lovely and she did eventually end up sorting our issues out and was very helpful when doing so.

The service at the beach club/beach area was atrocious. From trying to call a waiter and have them ignore you, if not ignore then be rude towards you. For how much you pay you expect a good service with a smile not as if they are doing you a favour. The price is ridiculous we paid £16 for just chips so i would recommend ordering on a food delivery app rather than eating from the hotel everyday if you're there a week as the prices are extortionate i wouldn't pay that much even in London. For price you pay i wouldnt say its absolute luxury, close to luxury in terms of the actual hotel but the service is the biggest let down. From the Phones not working in the room, the room looking nothing like the photos and being a lot smaller in real life, the wifi being terrible, waiting on waiters to get things and they come back half an hour with nothing and dont communicate, the waiters dont want to wait by the looks of it. Definitely need all new staff or to train the staff of a five star experience for the guests paying as much as they do for a good stay.

The beach facilities were excellent with very helpful and pleasant staff, and a perfect food menu. Breakfast was perfect, not huge choices, but a good selection of high quality food, well presented and tasty. The Miraj restaurant serves fine dining based on local ingredients and dishes and our experience there was fabulous. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and pleasant. Although adults only, there were 1-2 kids, was not a distraction for us, but if exceptions are allowed, the adult -only criteria may not fully apply.

Guter Beach Club, schnelle Antworten via Whatsapp, gute Lage, schöner Pool.

Der Raum war mit einem Vorraum ausgestattet den man nicht nutzen kann das heisst: Die eigentliche Zimmerfläche von 30qm ist nicht gewährleistet, da muss man 3-5 qm abziehen. Ausserdem war der Service des Hotels mangelhaft (vor allem beim Frühstück). Der Beach Club und das Personal dort war sehr gut. Das Zimmer hatte einige Mängel wie zB konnte man die ersten 3 Tage die Balkontüre nicht schliessen, sodass theoretisch immer jemand Fremdes reinkommen konnte. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist immer ausgelaufen und hat sich im ganzen Bad verteilt.
