Прекрасный вид, чистота, доброжелательный персонал, отличные завтраки. Есть бассейн, сауна, и мы даже воспользовались ими:) очень атмосферный, в нем приятно находиться и отдыхать.

Everything about Rooms is incredible! The food was amazing. The staff was kind and hospitable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like. The only feedback I would give is to add a bidet spray in the bathrooms. This was the thing I saw that was missing in our experience.

The hotel is average. The location is nice, facing the mountains with a beautiful view, but all the hotels in the area offer a similar view. The hotel is very old and requires significant renovation. The bathroom has no bathtub, only a very small shower. There is no wardrobe in the room, and there is hardly any space for luggage. The swimming pool also needs renovation. The spa facilities are very limited, with only a small sauna available.

We booked Mountain View room and the view was really amazing. We were lucky to see Kazbek every day. I highly recommend chocolate cake in the restaurant!

Would be nice to have wardrobe and some shelfs in the bathroom.
