Small room. No closet. Water flooding from the shower to the bathroom

This was my third visit to this hotel, and I keep coming back to spend some quality time and unwind. The beautiful mountain views, combined with the calm and quiet countryside of Kazbegi, create a truly special atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to relax and disconnect from the busy city life. I also ordered several items from the menu for an early dinner, and the food was good overall. As always, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.

The main issue during my stay was the service at the restaurant. On two or three occasions, the staff mixed up my orders with those of other guests. I also had to wait more than an hour for a simple green tea. While I understand that the restaurant can get busy during the evenings, such a long wait for a basic order was disappointing. Additionally, I was charged twice for the same item, and it took some time to explain and resolve the issue as the staff member taking the order was initially unwilling to acknowledge the mistake. I experienced a similar situation during my visit in 2023, so I believe this is an area that management should focus on improving, especially considering the hotel’s premium pricing. Another point is the lack of luggage assistance. A hotel of this standard would benefit from having bellboy services available to assist guests with their baggage.

The hotel is in a picturesque location, clean air, plenty of space in the common areas. The buffet breakfast was good with a great variety, and good coffee, though the omlette was disappointingly salty

The room was boiling hot at night despite the open window and there was no obvious way to switch the heating off. The pillows were large and uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep. When leaving the hotel our taxi was turned back at the gate: apparently the cleaner said we used a pay-for charger in the room (which we haven't seen). It's a rediculous way to treat customers.

Beautiful property, poor execution. The Good: Stunning mountain views at the top of Kazbegi, spacious and cozy public areas, great breakfast, and friendly, English-speaking staff. Large room design. The Bad: Our two-night stay was ruined by basic comfort issues. The mattress was deeply sagging and full of lumps; management refused to replace or fix it when we complained. The bathroom is tiny, and the open shower completely floods the floor. Room lighting is far too dim to read by. Additionally, the bar wouldn't let us charge drinks to the room despite the hotel having our credit card on file. Great potential, but the lack of maintenance and rigid service was a major disappointment. From a hotels that charges as much a hiltom Paris, I expected much more

Rooms are bit small , also there can be small kids playing area for families to manage kids
