Large property, think we got upgraded to larger room which was good

Signage needed outside or description on advertisement as it was difficult to find the door in the dark. The room had been smoked in or next doors room was being smoked in and so the smell stayed Advertisement stated breakfast included but it was quickly evident that this wouldn’t be the case. Shower needs drain cleaning and unclogging and shower screen could be cleaned with a cream cleaner. Toilet seat needs fixing.

No towels, rubbish bin, kettle, or hangers. signboard outside for visitors to see.

Nice spacious room and host was very accomodating.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room so couldn't make a drink. Also shared bathroom had no lighting down the stairs in the night so ended up missing last step. Had to ask for a towel also as no towel provided but kindly was given one.

Took ages to open the door no hot water for shower

Host was a exceptional and I would recommend staying here to anyone. Great value for money and a lovely property.
