Bathroom doors are broke. Room door cant be locked. Congested room. Kitchen is filled with trash.

It's comfortable bed it you're okay with dirty bedding, there's isn't much that is acceptable that I do like.

Where do I start! First of all no signage and no answer when I rang the bell twice, my room still wasn't ready at 8.45pm at night, shown to a bedroom in the attic with no towel, no kettle for a coffee in the morning, no toilet seat on the toilet in the bathroom, celling caving in the kitchen and bedroom lock broken!
