Got abit lost lol

,DID NOT LIKE!!!I would give a minus 100 if I could. Had to pay cash (tax fiddle)for our stay on arrival? Horrible host, Smelly house. No signage outside. No welcome. Had to ring owner to find location of property. No parking, it is on a street already full of cars. Room not ready on arrival. Dirty, smelly bedding. Floor covered in litter. Cabinets with rotting food inside. After our evening out, arrived back in the early hours and our friends room and also our room were still not ready. (My husband saw people leaving as we arrived , earlier in the day, around 4pm ..we surmised he has friends and family sleeping there whenever. The owner had a bottom 'yellowing' sheet, no duvet cover or pillow cases, no vacuum,.. to clean our room he said at 2am in the morning! We were reported to police and told by owner he would phone people he knew to 'do' goodness knows what after we complained! Ultimately told to get out in the middle of the night. My friend was so very upset as she was frightened, crying, as we were locked inside and could not open the front door to leave. Ourselves and our friends were, in the end, stood out on the street, cold, tired and with all of our luggage talking with police. Ourselves and our friends were, after merely being upset, tired and angry that our rooms were not ready on our return, were shouted at, treated with absolute disrespect, and callous behaviour. My husband and I are grand parents, nearly 60 years old. Our friends are respectable, successful hardworking, parents with children. We have all stayed in many, many hotels, guest houses, ect and never had such a horrendous, disgusting experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY, USE TRUSTED NAMES, EVEN IF IT IS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE., DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I will be pursuing a refund and hopefully compensation.

Disgusting behaviour by host, Dirty, smelly rooms Not ready on arrival. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ROOM PHOTOS ON THIS SITE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE TRUSTED HOTELS!

Really difficult to find. The entrance isn't on the road put as the address,it's around the corner on a side street with absolutely no signage to indicate what it is. It was late in the day and it was one of the doors I knocked out of desperation asking people if they knew the place( no one did) .Needs addressing.

Being messed about on phone about booking and a lady answered the door in barefoot asked about payment that had already been paid left standing outside front door for 10 minutes. We left didn't stay
