Fulwood guest house

No lock and forced damage to the door , was told to place furniture against the door to keep it secure

Door handle broke on my bedroom door so was not even offered a key. Thankfully my sons bedroom door was fine. Most bizzare place ever stayed at. No sign for Guest House on road. No reception area inside building which was pitch black. Extremely dangerous bearing in mind 4 huge winding stair cases to get up. I suspect we were the only paying people staying there in amongst random Asian people staying in the multitude of rooms. Said they do not do towel’s. We were offered 2 towels for 3 of us. The smell off towels was repulsive. Whole property reeked like an Asian Food supermarket. Not sure how this property is allowed on booking.com.
