use of little milk pots which adds to plastic waste-milk better in small thermal cool flasks kept in fridge until guests arrive

"A handy motel well located and comfortable"

Well located for my needs. A basic but comfortable stay. Very straightforward booking and checking in/out system. Room was serviced daily. Decent value for money.

Room was comfortable and clean but in need of some maintenance attention. Could not find any way to switch the bathroom towel rail on. Hairdryer was wired into a drawer and impossible to get plug to reach socket without removing the drawer! Just a few little things that would make the difference.

"Comfortable bed & room- good value"

Location was very close to the M6 which was extremely convenient as I was travelling from Glasgow to Somerset. Easy check in despite me arriving at 10pm staff advised me through the process by phone.

The shower cubicle was very small & the shower rather lacked power I was glad I didn’t need to wash my hair.
