AUThe room was spotless, but let down by an air con that was second hand from The Ark. The manager/owner? was very obliging. The motel appearance from the outside is not compelling but the rooms are OK
The Air con was like a 747 taking off sound wise but as effective at cooling as a snow flake in hell

Extremely small shower and outdated rooms. The television did not work. There is no trashcan in the room. The door had to be forced open and shut.
USUSUSIt was located in a charming town. The room was mostly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The cost was at our price point.
For the quality, it should have been priced at $60 instead of $100. There were empty rooms further from the road, but they put us close to the road and its noise. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer in the room, not even drinking glasses. When I went outside in the pouring rain to the office at 8 am to get their lobby coffee and a dryer, it was locked and closed. There were peanut shells on the carpet. The towels and sheets were almost tissue thin. The front door of the room did not fit snugly and did not feel secure. I don't mind budget motels, but this was not worth even the relatively low amount they were charging.
