Sigiri Lanka Resort

The staff was super friendly and helped us with all the questions that we had plus told us a lot about the area and its history! They even helped us find a store to buy a Bottle of wine which was not easy to find! We truly Appreciated the effort 😊 We also ate dinner at the hotel one evening which the staff prepared specially for us! We loved every single bit of the meal. It truly tasted like a proper Sri Lankan home made dinner. The location was also beautiful with nature spreading all around us. It was a very calm location to sleep, but still at a walking distance away from the main attractions of the area. We can highly recommend it for everyone who enjoys tranquility and nature!

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Only thing that would have been nice would have been getting breakfast a little earlier on the day of climbing up the Lion’s rock, but that was a minor thing compared to the overall experience.

Everything - host was very friendly. Organised Tuk Tuk driver for a trip to see friends. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. We enjoyed looking at the neighbouring farm. Location close to shops etc.

Big room, quiet location, good value.

Smell in bathroom and the location is different from what is advertised.

The dinner was a bit overpriced for the location. The food was very tasty though.

The owner was really friendly and the property has an amazing view & location. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property, with comfortable rooms. But the best thing about Sigiri Lanka is Ruwan, the host, and his family. Personally took me to many places, and made me part of his family. He recommended good restaurants, and arranged any transportation that I needed. You will never meet a kinder person.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. They personally prepared a delicious breakfast and were always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was cozy, the amenities were excellent, and everything was just perfect.

The family the place with in nature , i felt safe i had an injury one day before in lions rock , his son once he saw it he went by his bike and brought me medicine , the father came and checked on me also i wanted to stay more

Nothing to be mentioned .

The location is not what you can see on the Booking map! The house and room look nice but I wanted to stay very close to the Rock (within walking distance) and this is not the case. The owner or Booking should change it.
