Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Isolated Location Stayed at Luxe Vue/EVP Apartment, Trivandrum. The staff, particularly Mr. Ajith, Mr. Gokul, and the lady at reception, were unhelpful, uncooperative, and slow to respond to requests. The apartment is in a very isolated area with no shops nearby – we had to travel at least 3 km just to find basic necessities. Overall, the combination of poor service and remote location makes this place highly inconvenient.
