Mancanza di una sedia x fare colazione, un consiglio andrebbe bene anche una pieghevole. Doccia difficile da regolare in temperatura.

Belinda was exceptional. Let us check in early. Gave information on buses for the area. Made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Comfortable bed, clean accommodation, and communicated very well. We got glitter in the property during our stay, and she was very understanding about the situation. Cute bottle of milk in the fridge, it's the little things that make you smile. The price of our stay was such a good deal, especially with how good the property is with polite owners to boot. Come relax and take in the beauty of the area. The weather was fantastic for the pride weekend.

The host Belinda was amazing, very friendly and the cleanliness exceptional. Bonus of a bus stop quite near the accomodation which we found useful for travelling into Brighton and Eastbourne, both busy places to drive around and park in. Being disabled it has very easy access as it is all ground floor and the bed was so comfortable to ease my aches and pains

We liked everything about this room and couldn't fault it

There was fresh milk in the fridge and the tea and coffee making facilities were good. we only stayed two nights so we did not need the freezer or the washing machine.

This was something that the host had no control over but the gulls were very noisey from very early morning.

Everything was clean and accommodating. I was very comfortable and as a solo traveler. I felt safe, it was also very quiet and peaceful.

Accommodation is a spacious self-contained section within a house. Good, quiet location. Host gave clear instructions on how to get into the place, as we were arriving late in the night.

The previous beddings were not changed for us! There were even hair strands on the bed. This is poor and not hygienic. I would expect fresh beddings for every new customer.
