Private Guest Suite close to Brighton and Newhaven Ferry Port

Location for overnight stay before getting the ferry to France. 15 mins walk (2 mins in car) to a good Indian restaurant. Lovely welcome from the host & explanation of facilities. Tea, coffee and small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge - a nice touch for the morning cuppa.

Double bed - small if you’re used to a king size. Very warm overnight.

How well equipped it was, could have stayed days it was perfect and I’m fussy but was impressed

My passion from as far back as I can remember has been to explore our Wonderful, eclectic Planet - effectively sacrificing both marriage & children in order to do so - yet I cannot recall EVER rating ANY aspect of ANY accommodation with a "PERFECT TEN!!" Consequently, the fact that my incredibly enlightening experience during this brief stay is littered with superlatives speaks volumes!!!!

Friendly host, made us feel very comfortable. The place was immaculate would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay. Really comfy and cosy room with all the amenities we needed (and the shower had great water pressure!). Everything was perfectly clean and tidy and nice extra touches with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Belinda greeted us when we arrived and was really welcoming and made us feel at ease to come and go as we needed. Great location - nice and quiet area, with a little Tesco just down the road which was very convenient, and a really easy quick drive into Brighton (or bus stop right outside if that’s your jam). Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again whenever I’m down that way.
